I gained 20 years of experience in a rubber processing company in Germany. 

Rubber ... sounds simple, but it's not. 

In these 20 years it has been used in many production areas and has gained a lot of experience. Why have I been transferred often? 

The answer is: I have a talent for finding problems and solving them!

The last thing a boss likes to hear is that we have a problem. It's a lot worse if you can't solve this. I want to help you find and solve these problems! Problems, that's a bad word in manufacturing. 

For me, these are challenges that I love to solve.

My name is Florian Haar and I lived in Germany until 2015. I have been living in southern China since October 2015. There I support Chinese companies to improve their manufacturing processes. I also support international companies in purchasing machines and systems from China.
